Using a gentle approach that looks at the 'big picture' rather than the body in 'parts'.
What I teach you is everything I do myself! I have been very privileged to work with some amazing educators over the past 31 years enabling me to offer you all the latest tried and tested ways to move with a comfy body and feel good about yourself
