I am Andrea Longden and I have been in the health and wellness industry for around 30 years now. I love helping people move and feel better. I have many qualifications so that I can offer a multifaceted approach looking at the 'big picture' rather than the body in 'parts'.
What I give you is everything I do myself! I have been very privileged to work with some amazing educators over the past 30 years enabling me to offer you all the latest tried and tested ways to move with a comfy body and feel good about yourself
